1. Acceptance of terms

By using ParkSpot you agree to these terms. ParkSpot is a marketplace connecting drivers with parking space owners in Sydney, Australia.

2. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed. Hosts must provide accurate information about their spot. Renters must respect access instructions and posted rules.

3. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before start receive a 50% refund. Bookings already started cannot be refunded.

4. Service fee

ParkSpot charges a 15% platform service fee on every booking. The remaining 85% is paid out to the host through Stripe Connect.

5. Liability

ParkSpot is not liable for damage, theft or loss occurring at parking locations. Renters and hosts use the service at their own risk.
